Terms of Use
These terms apply to the QuoteCraft iOS application ("the app") published by Dragonz Design. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
License
Dragonz Design grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuoteCraft on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Purchases
QuoteCraft offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited quote creation. It is not a subscription and never renews. Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled through Apple under their policies. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.
Your content and responsibility
Quotes, prices, taxes, and terms you create with the app are your own business documents. You are solely responsible for their accuracy, for the agreements you enter into with your clients, and for compliance with laws that apply to your trade (including tax and licensing requirements). QuoteCraft is a document tool, not legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Your data
All app data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining device backups (such as iCloud or computer backups). Dragonz Design cannot recover data that is lost when a device or the app is deleted.
Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragonz Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the app. In any case, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address with its effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
